2. Where can I buy the city garbage and yard waste bags?

City refuse and yard waste bags can be purchased at many convenience and grocery stores in St. Cloud. For a complete list, please visit the Refuse Collection page and click on the "Purchase Bags" tab.

3. How do I report a pothole?

To report a serious pothole on business days between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, call (320) 650-2900. If you encounter a serious pothole after regular working hours, you may report it by calling (320) 650-2949.

When calling, please be ready to report the location by listing the street or avenue the pothole is located, and the house number or cross street nearest the pothole.
