Everyone is encouraged to walk the pace, distance, and time that is comfortable for them! Nordic Walking poles are available to use during the walk. You'll move through sever "blocks", which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength.

The following sessions will be travel trips in the St. Cloud Area. During this series, you will uncover the benefits of bus transportation and become a confident rider with training from a Metro Bus Travel Guide. You will learn how to plan your trip, understand route schedules and maps, pay your fare and purchase a bus pass.

*Bus will leave from the bus stop around 1:30 and return around 3:30 pm, bus fare should be purchased in advance. Information will be covered during the August 4th informational session.

Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional
Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement
If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.
