    Lake George, Thursday Mornings at 9am. Free and open to the community. Come and join us for walks around Lake George! Everyone is encouraged to walk the pace, distance, and time that is comfortable for them! Nordic Walking poles are available to use during the walk. Meet by the Granite Fountains off 4th Street and East Lake Boulevard.

  2. SilverSneakers Boom Muscle

    Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You'll move through sever "blocks", which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups.   3. Bike Rides with Paula

    Cycling improves strength, balance, and coordination while improving mental well-being and enjoying nature! Meet us at various trails and bike to a location for lunch (either pack your own or support a local business) along the Lake Wobegon and Soo Line Trails. Make sure to bring your bike, helmet, and water. Helmets will be required for the safety of those in the group. Meet at Bowlus Trailhead - Soo Line Trail

  4. Taste of Nordic Walking

    Have you seen all those walkers using poles? Are you curious? This class is for you! Nordic Walking poles will turn your daily walk into an all-body workout. Come learn about the many benefits of walking with the poles (heart health, improved fitness, upright posture and so much more!) the special poles we use and then try the basic beginning technique for yourself. Poles will be provided for use in class. Put on your walking shoes and come prepared to walk with more energy and less stress! This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, all walkers will be encouraged to walk at a comfortable distance and pace. Check-in at the front desk and will be held in the Courtyard. Free for Members or Purchase a Day pass for $5.00. Registration is required in advance and if no one registers the event will be canceled.

  8. Gentle Pilates

    Gentle Pilates Mondays and Friday 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.
