    Guided Bike Rides with Paula 1st Thursday of the month 10 to 1 PM. Depending on the weather, we could move to another day or earlier in the day. Time and Dates will be finalized the week of the event. Cycling improves strength, balance and coordination while improving mental well-being and enjoying nature! Meet us at various trails and bike to a location for lunch (either pack your own or support a local business) along the Lake Wobegon and Soo Line Trails. Make sure to bring your bike, helmet, and water. Helmets will be required for the safety of those in the group. September: Meet at Bowlus Trailhead-Soo Line Trail, 105 1st Ave N Bowlus MN 56314, bike to Holdingford (break for lunch) and return. October: Meet at Bowlus Trailhead- Soo Line Trail, 105 1st Ave N Bowlus MN 56314, bike to Blanchard Dam and return. (Break for lunch after).
