Come and learn about an upcoming Levy that will be included on the voting ballot for November 8th for St. Cloud Residents.
This informational session will cover why we need a levy to make improvements, the investment in our community and answer questions.
Whitney Biking: Please consider joining us (Diana and Duane Kasper, bike leaders for over 20 years). If you would like to bike a longer route at a faster pace, we plan to offer Tuesday rides on the first and third Tuesdays of the month starting at 9:30 am biking an average of 10-12 mph with a round trip distance of 20-25 miles.
We will stop for lunch halfway and get back to the ride start about 1:00 to 1:30.

Yoga teaches us how to stretch the body, focus the mind, pay attention to the breath, and live in the present moment with a greater sense of ease and well-being. This class will teach you techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and balance the body.

EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based program designed to improve the overall functional fitness and well-being of older adults. The exercises focus on four key areas important to the health and fitness: stretching and flexibility; low impact aerobics; strength training; and balance.

Participants , some of whom attend regularly, say that through TED talks they have met interesting people from a variety of backgrounds in the St. Cloud area and learn new perspectives on issues they have never thought about before.
