This dance fitness class is fun, energetic, and will make you feel amazing! Its low-impact and easy-to-follow choreography offers a total workout of cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Come prepared to dance, sweat, and smile! Best suited for active seniors.

Mongolia, Tibet & Hong Kong
Join Jim & Mike as they start their Asian Adventure in central Mongolia. Experience what staying in a Ger (or yert) is like in the Gobi Desert. You’ll then visit Lhasa Tibet & learn about its interesting history. Also see the 17th C. Potala Palace with it’s 1,000 rooms & meet the monks who live there & maintain it.
Then it’s onto Hong Kong where you’ll have time to experience what this beautiful city has to offer.
