Rejuv's medical and fitness staff will teach about proper nutrition, exercise, fitness tips, new medical advances and how to optimize your body no matter where you are at in life. So please join Rejuv to learn how to maximize your health and how you can enjoy life to the fullest.
This dance fitness class is fun, energetic, and will make you feel amazing! Its low-impact and easy-to-follow choreography offers a total workout of cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Come prepared to dance, sweat, and smile! Best suited for active seniors.

EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based program designed to improve the overall functional fitness and well-being of older adults. The exercises focus on four key areas important to the health and fitness: stretching and flexibility; low impact aerobics; strength training; and balance.
