  3. Senior Yoga

    Increase your flexibility, balance and range of motion as you move your entire body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Optional chair support provides added stability when needed. Instructor: Melissa Thielman and Kristi Scheskie Senior Yoga Monday, Wednesday,Thursday and Saturday. 10 am to 10:45 am If you are new to our WSC Fitness Classes and/or have not filled out your 2020 Fitness Waiver, please fill out at this LINK and submit.   4. SilverSneakers Boom Muscle

    Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You'll move through sever "blocks", which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength. Note: this class intended for the Active Senior and will be taught both in person and virtual.   5. Gentle Pilates Virtual

    Gentle Pilates Mondays and Thursdays 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.
