  3. Bike Club with Paula

    Cycling improves strength, balance, and coordination while improving mental well-being and enjoying nature! Meet us at various trails and bike to a location for lunch (either pack your own or support a local business) along the Lake Wobegon Trail and Soo Line Trail! Make sure to bring your bike, helmet, and water. Helmets will be required for safety for those in the group. Meet at Bowlus Trailhead - Soo Line Trail, 105 1st Ave N, Bowlus, MN 56314. Bike to Blanchard Dam and return (and break for lunch after).

    Gentle Pilates Mondays and Thursdays 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.
