Increase your flexibility, balance and range of motion as you move your entire body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Optional chair support provides added stability when needed.

This is a four player group for experienced cribbage players.
A Whitney membership or daily guest pass is required to play, pre-registration is also required.

This presentation introduces Parts A, B, C, and D of Medicare, as well as what additional insurance options are available. The enrollment process and options for enrollment in Medicare will be discussed along with the personal costs of the program. Understand the coverage gap and eligibility for extra help with prescription drug costs. There will also be an introduction to the services of the Senior LinkAge Line® that include assistance making personal comparisons using the Medicare.gov website and the Health Care Choices booklet, published by the Minnesota Board on Aging
