  1. Cops Fore Kids Event

    July 12, 2021, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM @ Territory Golf Club & Aungushire Golf Course

    St. Cloud Police Department presents, “Cops FORE! Kids.” Do you golf? Have you ever wanted to try golfing? Join the Cops FORE! Kids program! Starting June 7th-August 16th, every Monday for kids aged 8-18. Territory Golf Club will be from 9 a.m. to noon and Angushire Golf Course from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Depending on interest, you can play both courses during the day or you can choose to only play one course. Transportation available by the Officers participating if needed. Bring a lunch to eat if you decide to play both courses. No experience necessary. Clubs will be provided for those who don’t have them. Most importantly…it’s FREE!! You can also contact your School Resource Officer with questions.

  3. Senior Yoga

    Increase your flexibility, balance and range of motion as you move your entire body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Optional chair support provides added stability when needed.   4. SilverSneakers Boom Muscle

    Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You'll move through sever "blocks", which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups.   5. Gentle Pilates Virtual

    Gentle Pilates Mondays and Thursdays 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.
