Join social worker, Anita Raymond, and attorney, John Kantke, for a closer look at supported decision making. Supported decision making is a less restrictive alternative to traditional guardianship. It was added to Minnesota law in 2020 as part of the revisions to the guardianship statute. John and Anita will break down supported decision making looking at forms and case studies to illustrate options. This one-hour presentation will be followed by a one-hour question and answer session with John and Anita.
