    Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You'll move through sever "blocks", which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups.   4. ACT on Alzheimer's - Explore Guardianship or Support Decision Making

    Join social worker, Anita Raymond, and attorney, John Kantke, for a closer look at supported decision making. Supported decision making is a less restrictive alternative to traditional guardianship. It was added to Minnesota law in 2020 as part of the revisions to the guardianship statute. John and Anita will break down supported decision making looking at forms and case studies to illustrate options. This one-hour presentation will be followed by a one-hour question and answer session with John and Anita.     Gentle Pilates Mondays and Thursdays 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Need a Mat, Water Bottle, and optional Rolled up towel to support neck and Theraband to assist with the roll-up movement If this is your first time - please watch through the class the first time to learn the movements. Reminders to take things to your comfort and listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it, if your head or neck gets tired in any of the movements let it to you mat.
