3. What is a Non-Resident Fee

Property tax payers in the City of St. Cloud support Park and Recreation activities and programs through their property taxes. The Non-Resident fee is a way for people who live outside of the city limits and utilize Park and Recreation programs or facilities to share the cost of that support.

4. Do I need a permit to take photos at the Munsinger or Clemens Gardens?

Any posed photography at the Munsinger or Clemens Gardens would require the group to apply for a permit/reservation.
