Setting Intentions with Mindful Meditation
Simply connect to your chosen course with no required result through mindful breathing, body scans and guided mindful meditations. You will be led through a series of relaxation techniques to prepare the body and mind for intention setting that will deepen the purpose in your life. Before dialing in to the zoom, prepare a sanctuary of relaxation with dim lighting or candle of your favorite scent, quiet, no disruptions (silence your phone) and a comfortable place to sit or lie down with a comforting blanket to keep you warm.
