The St. Cloud Regional Airport (STC), in cooperation with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is soliciting comments on a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for a hangar expansion project. The project consists of expanding the hangar area to the north to increase the capacity of the airport.
Hard copies of a Draft EA are available for public review at the St. Cloud Regional Airport Manager’s office in the passenger terminal building, 1550 45th Ave SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Hardcopies will also be available for review at the Great River Regional Library, 1300 W St. Germain Street, St. Cloud, MN, 56301; and at City Hall, 400 2nd St. South, St. Cloud, MN, 56301. A copy of the Draft EA and its appendices may also be downloaded from the following FTP website:

If requested by an agency or member of the public, a Public Hearing may be scheduled to address the proposed action and its potential economic, social or environmental impacts and the project’s consistency with the goals and objectives of the local land use or planning strategy. Requests for a public hearing should be made through the contact information below no later than May 8, 2017.
