Please be advised that Xcel Energy will be conducting a natural gas burn off on either Tuesday, October 27, 2015, or Wednesday, October 28, 2015, on 4th Street SE between Lincoln Avenue SE and TH 10.
They anticipate the burn to last most of the day. It will be monitored by Xcel Energy and their contractor Q3 Contracting for the entire duration.
