[ARCHIVED] New Single-Sort Recycling Program Coming Soon

As part of the City's ongoing efforts to promote recycling, cut costs and improve efficiency, the City is converting its current recycling system to a fully automated single-sort recycling system utilizing carts. The carts will be emptied by fully automated trucks and will provide residents with a clean and convenient method of recycling. This system also allows the City to expand the list of acceptable items for recycling.

The City will soon begin delivering a 95-gallon recycling cart to those residents who currently utilize the City's refuse and recycling system. Along with the cart, you will receive detailed instructions on how the new single-sort recycling system will work and when you begin using the cart.

Thank you in advance for helping us make this transition a success!
