The Public is Invited to Review and Comment!

St. Cloud’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is an important part of our work to keep area waterways clean and free of pollution. We invite the public to view and provide public comment on the plan.

St. Cloud and Best Management Practices

The Stormwater Pollution Prevention plan is part of the City’s Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) permit, which is regulated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). The permit defines the Stormwater Division’s Best Management Practices, which cover areas including public education and outreach, public participation, illicit discharge detection and elimination, construction site runoff control, post-construction stormwater management and pollution prevention and good housekeeping.

The plan is available on our website.

To provide comment, please email the Stormwater division.
