Please be advised that beginning on Thursday, August 8, 2019, weather permitting, the seal coat and fog seal project will commence on the following streets:

• 12th Street North/Northway Drive from TH 15 to 9th Avenue North.

• 44th Avenue North from BNSF to TH 15.

Through traffic will be maintained, but motorists can expect minor traffic delays and are advised to find an alternate route if possible.

This project is expected to be completed by Saturday, August 10th, weather permitting.
