In-Person only. Have you seen all those walkers using poles? Are you curious? This class is for you! Nordic Walking poles will turn your daily walk into an all body workout. Come learn about the many benefits of walking with the poles (heart health, improved fitness, upright posture and so much more!),the special poles we use and then try the basic beginning technique for yourself. Poles will be provided for use in class.
Put on your walking shoes and come prepared to walk with more energy and less stress! This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, all walkers will be encouraged to walk at a comfortable distance and pace.
Check-in at the front desk and will be held in the Courtyard. Free for members or purchase a day pass for $5.00.
