Off Leash Pet Exercise Area (OLPEA) Permit
- OLPEA permits are valid for all St. Cloud OLPEA’s
- Permits are valid from June 1 to May 31
- To obtain a permit for use of off leash pet exercise areas, your dog must first be licensed by the city where you live
- You must purchase a new permit each year
Apply for a Permit
Apply for an OLPEA permit by submitting a permit application along with your pet license renewal or proof of renewal. One permit must be filled out for each dog. Alternately, a daily permit may be obtained at the entrance of each OLPEA, at the cost of $2 per entry.
Permit Cost
- Residents - $20 for the first dog, $10 for each additional dog
- Non-Residents - $40 for the first dog, $20 for each additional dog
