In Case of Emergency
Call 911 if you need help immediately.
The St. Cloud City Attorney's Office provides services to crime victims including:
- Assistance in understanding the legal process and court procedures
- Assistance in understanding and exercising their rights
- Assistance in recovering property held as evidence
- Assistance in seeking restitution, emergency financial assistance, or reparations for economic loss or harm resulting from crime
- Information about proposed settlement offers and pretrial diversion programs
- Referrals to other agencies and organizations providing victim services

If you have any questions, please contact the Victim Assistance Program at 320-255-7204 or stop by the Office of the St. Cloud city Attorney Office from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at City Hall, 400 Second Street South.
Protection for Women & Children
Call Anna Marie's at 320-253-6900 if you are a woman in need of protection. Anna Marie's provides shelter for battered women and their children in the nine-county region of Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Wright, Mille Lacs, Isanti, Kanabec, Chisago, and Pine counties. Available Services
