Baseball / Softball Programs and Clinics

Summer Baseball and Softball

Learn the basics and more of baseball and softball! All groups will learn through drills and games, and focus on good sportsmanship, teamwork, and having fun! All participants are required to have a glove and water bottle.

Programs available:

• Tiny T's (Ages 4-5) - Intro to baseball. Skills taught include base running, throwing and hitting the ball from the tee. Focus will be on good sportsmanship and teamwork while building new friendships with teammates.
• T-Ball (Ages 5-6) - Continue your child's progress from Tiny T's; introduction to having the ball pitched (by the coach) and outfield positions.
• Minor League Baseball (Ages 6-8) - Coach-pitched from 25 feet away, with the focus on skill progression and fundamentals. New skills developed include grip on the bat and batter's stance, introducing catching pop flies, and throwing from a further distance. Games will be played once a week beginning in week 2. 
• Major League Baseball (Ages 9-12) - Players will begin pitching to each other, picking positions, and learning and developing advanced techniques and strategies of the game. Games played once a week beginning in week 2.
• Minor League Softball (Ages 6-8) - Fundamentals will be the main focus. Skills including throwing, catching, batting, catcher's position and base running as well as sportsmanship.
• Major League Softball (Ages 9-12) - Focused on skill development, including advanced throwing, catching and batting skills as well as base running and game strategies.
