The St. Cloud Area Mail Art - Postcard Exhibit is a program partnership between the St. Cloud Library and the St. Cloud Arts Commission. Artists of all ages are invited to participate by creating a piece of art on the blank side of available pre-stamped and addressed postcards. Postcards are currently available at the Library, but if you would prefer a no-contact opportunity to participate, please email Arts Commission
