St. Cloud has an activity for every family member. It might be kayaking on the beautiful Mississippi River, biking/walking on 15+ miles of trail throughout the city, to playing in 80+ parks, or watching a Rox baseball game at Joe Faber Field...we have lots of things to do!
Mississippi River
Experiencing the Mississippi River begins with making physical or visual connections with it. People have the ability to access the river to canoe/kayak/standup paddle board, bike or walk along its edge or along a bluff line, and watch events or play in the 8 parks along its shores. St. Cloud Rox Baseball
The St. Cloud Rox are a baseball team that play in the Northwoods League, a collegiate summer baseball league. Their home games are played at the Joe Faber Field. As of April 9, 2015, 123 former Northwoods League players have gone on to play Major League Baseball. To learn more, click here.
St. Cloud State University Athletics
Nine men's teams and 10 women's teams compete at the NCAA Division II level in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. The wrestling team won the 2015 NCAA Division II wrestling championship; SCSU's first division championship ever. The Division I women's and men's hockey teams compete in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association. At home games are played in the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center. To learn more, click here.
