Community Programs & Events

The St. Cloud Police Department believes that relationships built within the community is essential to reducing crime and creating a safer place to live, work and visit. This department is proud of the community relationships it's developed over the years that often get started by participating in events such as these. We encourage you to take a look at the programming we offer and plan to join us for some really fun activities! Transitioning from girls to women can be challenging and the female officers who run this program have a vision of instilling qualities of leadership, responsibility, strength and so much more into the young women in our community. Do you like to fish? Have you never fished in your life? No experience is needed to come spend a day on the lake with police officers as they teach you how to fish.

Who doesn't like a game of soccer in the summer? Come play soccer with officers! All skill levels invited. Find out what this program is all about!

COP House Hockey

COP House Hockey is a year round program designed to inspire a new and diverse generation of hockey players. This program has been designed to gain interest of youth that haven't had the opportunity to skate. Get involved and have some fun!

Cops Fore Kids

St. Cloud Police Department presents, “Cops FORE! Kids.” Do you golf? Have you ever wanted to try golfing? Join the Cops FORE! Kids program! Starting June 7th-August 16th, every Monday for kids aged 8-18. Territory Golf Club will be from 9 a.m. to noon and Angushire Golf Course from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Depending on interest, you can play both courses during the day or you can choose to only play one course. Transportation available by the Officers participating if needed. Bring a lunch to eat if you decide to play both courses. No experience necessary. Clubs will be provided for those who don’t have them. Most importantly…it’s FREE!! You can also contact your School Resource Officer with questions.

Southside Hoops

A free basketball 3 on 3 league held at Haws Park in the Southside Neighborhood of St Cloud. Basketball games are held every Tuesday and Wednesday in August, with a end of the year tournament held on the last Saturday of August. Find out more details and join in on the fun!
