Capital Improvement Program

The purpose of the CIP is to create and implement a predictable and coordinated schedule of public purchases and informed government decision-making.

East End Small Area Plan

Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is a detailed policy document that guides land use, development, capital improvements, community investment, growth, and overall quality of life for 15 to 20 years. The Plan is comprehensive both in breadth and scope, with recommendations for areas that encompass land use, housing, parks and recreation, transportation, community facilities, and more!

East End Vision Small Area Plan

The East End Vision Small Area Plan provides recommendations for the public realm improvements as well as a vision of how the private property might be used in the future. As the Eastern gateway to downtown, attracting investment to the East End should be a top priority. This vision is not intended to be implemented overnight, rather be a road map for future decisions around land use policy, density discussions and placemaking strategies.
