Administrative Permits
A Land Use / Zoning Permit is required for detached accessory structures between 100-200 square feet and decks and/or platforms between 7-30 inches in height above the adjacent grade and not attached to a structure with frost footings.
The intent of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas Site Plan Review process is to protect, conserve and enhance Environmentally Sensitive Areas (ESA) and to provide for equitable economic return in consideration of protection and preservation of ESA.
Arts Commission Applications
Application to pair neighborhoods with artists and/or arts organizations to develop projects that enhance and strengthen neighborhoods through arts.

Variance from Land Development Code
A decision of the Zoning Administrator can be appealed within 10 days from the date of the decision. An appeal can be filed by a person with a specific personal and legal interest in the subject of the appeal.
A decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals can be appealed within 10 days from the date of decision. An appeal can be filed by the applicant, Mayor, Planning Commission, or City Council.
