The Park and Recreation Board acts as an advisory board to the Parks Department and the Recreation Department. The Board represents the people of the City of St. Cloud in all matters concerning the issue of leisure and recreation time. The Board meets the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber. Board meetings are open to the public with the Directors serving as the staff liaison to the Mayor’s office.
