Human Resources Department
It is the mission of the Human Resources Department to provide the most qualified, best trained personnel to staff various City positions and to assure appropriate allocation to pay rates, benefits and duties within each position.
The Human Resources Department is located on the 2nd floor of City Hall at 400 2nd Street South. Our responsibilities include providing support to other City departments in the areas of job description analysis and classification, employee recruitment, selection, transfer and promotions.
The Department is also responsible for educating employees on personnel policies, programs and benefits.
