	Arts Plan In March 2006, The McKnight Foundation awarded the St. Cloud Arts Commission a $25,000 matching grant to conduct and complete a comprehensive Community Cultural Arts Plan. In January, 2008 the St. Cloud City Council approved the Plan to assist in guiding the growth of arts and culture in our community for the next ten years. The Community Cultural Arts Plan is a document that outlines four Goals, and the various strategies that accompany each of these goals, that will effectively integrate arts and culture into many aspects of the St. Cloud community. The plan does not suggest that the arts alone can provide solutions to broad-base community issues, but that the arts may be utilized as an effective tool for addressing a multiplicity of issues.
