	St. cloud arts award Nominations for the 2009 St. Cloud Arts Award are open The 9th Annual St. Cloud Arts Award will be presented at the Lemonade Art Fair, Atwood Plaza on the campus of St. Cloud State University during the Granite City Days opening ceremonies. The Arts Commission encourages individuals, organizations, and businesses to nominate candidates for the Arts Award. The St. Cloud Arts Award is presented annually at the Lemonade Arts Festival. Past Arts Award recipients include: the Chamber Music Society of St. Cloud, Marge and Al Hams, Jefferson Elementary School, Dr. Kenton Frohrip, Ginny Tennant, Flo Goodrich, and Brother Paul Richards, OSB.
