St. Cloud Park and Recreation has many facilities available for your group, large or small. Whether you choose an informal setting on the Mississippi River or a little more upscale venue in the heart of the city, we have a spot for you. Shelter rentals are booked in a 6 hour block. Additional hours are available at additional cost.

All shelter reservations include up to 6 hours of rental time.  More time may be reserved for an additional fee.    You may choose any block of time between 6:00 am – 10:00 pm starting on the half hour. Please allow 30 minutes between reservations. Groups that have fewer than 75 people qualify for a half shelter rental at Riverside and Wilson Parks, if they choose; however, a second group may then share the shelter.

Please refer to the online Park Shelter Master Schedule for availability. This schedule has reflects all reservations scheduled at the time it was posted; however, other reservations may have occurred since that point.  To make a reservation, fill out an online Park Shelter Reservation Request form or call Steve at 320-650-3053.  The request form is not confirmation of a shelter rental but will be used to determine availability at the time it was received.

Contact Steve Krueger at (320) 650-3053 for more information on shelter availability.
